I have always been treated well at Szmanda. No judgmental attitude from anyone. Jamie Resch is top notch! Ariel the receptionist is very friendly, and upbeat. Cassie is excellent too. I love going to the dentist, because of the stress free atmosphere here. I would tell anyone who has a fear of dental offices, this is so different!

I was at Szmanda Wittenberg for my permanent crown. I was so impressed with the time Heather and Dr. Charging gave to making sure my crown was perfectly fit. They were so patient! We joked throughout and it made the experience so much more enjoyable. I appreciate the patient care and humor- along with all the safety measures taken during this time of COVID.

I have been going to Szmanda’s for many years now and I always have a relaxing, stress-free experience. The receptionists are cheery and helpful, the hygienists are gentle and keep the patient informed of the procedures they are carrying out. The dentists throughout the years have always been cordial and even though do not spend as much time with the patient as the hygienist does, still tries to get to know a patient and provide the best care he or she can. I love the new dentist. She is full of spunk!

Had my 1st appointment here and could not be happier! Each and every associate that works here is very professional and very friendly. Glad I made the switch from “the other place” Jamie, who cleaned my teeth is super nice and has a great attitude and laugh too…..Can’t wait until my next 6 month appointment.

Thanks to the wonderful teamwork at your office, my crown (which was sent to the wrong office) was located and a person went above and beyond to pick it up so I could have it put in prior to being out of the country next week. I can’t tell you how much this meant to me. I would like to send a warm Thank You to the staff member that went out of their way for me on Wednesday. You definitely know what Customer Service truly is. I will make sure that everyone I know hears about the service I was given. Thank you all so much!!
